How are companies verified?
Every company submits tax number, trade registration, and certifications during onboarding. Our team reviews all documents before the firm goes live on the platform.
Are there fees for buyers?
No. Browsing the directory, contacting suppliers, and using the marketplace is completely free for buyers — we charge no transaction commission.
How do I send a quote request (RFQ)?
Click "Request Quote" on any supplier profile. Fill in product, quantity, delivery location, and budget range. The request reaches the supplier instantly; they reply via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email.
How do WhatsApp and Telegram contacts work?
Each profile lists the supplier's preferred channels. Click the icon to connect directly with their account — no middleman, no delay, your messages don't pass through us.
Can I contact suppliers without registering?
Yes. You don't need an account to browse companies, view profiles, or send a quote request. Just a name and contact info — anonymous buyer identity is supported.
Which languages are supported?
The platform is fully translated into 5 languages: Turkish, English, Azerbaijani, Russian, and Uzbek. Switch language any time from the top-right corner; company info and product descriptions render in each language.
How do I find a company's booth in the trade center?
Every profile shows a booth number. Use the in-platform Wayfinding for turn-by-turn directions, or scan the QR code at any entrance.
Is my data and communication secure?
Yes. All connections are encrypted (HTTPS); your supplier conversations run directly through WhatsApp/Telegram — we don't log them. If you have an account, your password is protected with industry-standard encryption.
